If Windows asks before installing

The installer isn’t signed yet, so you may see a prompt. To continue:

  1. If your browser asks whether to keep the file, choose Keep. In Edge: … next to the file → Keep → Show more → Keep anyway.
  2. Open the installer. If “Windows protected your PC” appears, click More info.
  3. Click Run anyway.
Download iTunes for Windows (64-bit)Install it first, from Apple. Not the Microsoft Store version: uninstall that one if you have it.

Installing for the first time

macOS

  1. Open the DMG and drag LARPay into Applications, or use the Terminal command above.
  2. Paste your license key and connect your iPhone with a cable.

Windows

  1. Install iTunes (64-bit) from apple.com/itunes/download/win64. The Microsoft Store version (where apple.com/itunes sends you) doesn’t work; if you have it, uninstall it first. Then open the Books app on your iPhone once.
  2. Run the installer. If “Windows protected your PC” appears, choose More info → Run anyway.
  3. Paste your license key and connect your iPhone with a cable.

Having trouble downloading the app?

macOS · Install from Terminal

Use the command below to install LARPay, or download the DMG and drag the app into Applications.
  1. Open Terminal: press ⌘ Space, type Terminal, press Return.
  2. Copy the command below, paste it into Terminal and press Return.
  3. LARPay installs into Applications and opens by itself. If macOS asks for your keychain password, enter your Mac password and choose Always Allow.

The Mac app is signed by the developer. The Windows installer is not yet signed. Device compatibility is still being tested.
